Sometimes we forget to utilize the most important and easiest to use resource
for locating properties and paper to invest, our "inner" circle of influence!
Have all of your friends and family "trained" to, in the course of their busy
lives, report to you when they notice a property going up for sale by owner
or an office building changing hands. This often overlooked method of
gaining business is almost always the least expensive form of marketing you
can find!
