The BackOffice Pro web-based database is a comprehensive online lead and property listing management solution that gives you all the tools you need to automate and streamline your marketing processes. This is the heart of the BackOffice Pro system. Many investors waste hours of precious time every week trying to organize their leads. No longer do you have to keep leads written on notepads or post it notes or worry about losing a deal because you forgot to follow up on a lead. When a lead comes in through your web site it will be automatically delivered to you by email, and stored in your private BackOffice Pro database. You can also enter leads manually and direct your answering service to the special page designed just for them to enter information.
You can access your leads 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world that has a computer with an Internet connection. You can take care of business while your at home, the office or even while you are on vacation. Of course, since you shouldn't be working on vacation, we have also built in the capability to add multiple users. With multiple user access you can assign certain users access to different parts of the BackOffice Pro database while keeping them out of areas they don't need to be in. This is an awesome feature for those investors who have grown their business to the point that they have employees handling many of the day to day tasks.
Our real estate investor lead management system is like a "contact manager on steroids". The lead management system tracks your Property Seller Leads, Buyer Leads, Wholesale Buyer Leads, Money Partner Leads, Loss Mitigation/Foreclosure Leads and more.
When viewing your leads you can easily sort through hundreds or even thousands of them by name, priority, address, scheduled follow up date etc. Selecting a lead allows you to view and edit all lead details. The lead communication section allows you to follow up with your leads by email or make note of other communications with you lead. BackOffice Pro keeps a record of each and every communication and allows you to set follow up dates so that you can stay right on top of each and every lead. If you like, the system will even send you an email reminder when you have a lead that needs to be contacted. Further, you can archive dead leads so they don't clutter up your screen. Archived leads are not lost forever, so you can make that archived lead active again with a click of the mouse.
Data export capabilities allow for easy integration into other applications such as Excel and Access. - Property Listing Manager
Showcase your properties with our easy to use listing manager. You will be able to easily create listings by entering a property's information into a group of fields. (E.g. square feet, number of bathrooms, etc). Once you click save, the listing is instantly updated to the website. You can even load up to FIFTEEN pictures of your property right from your own computer and you don't have to resize them first because the system does it for you.
One of the best things about this software is that it is entirely web-based. You can add, modify and delete your listings from any computer that has Internet access. The software has a simple menu driven form to walk you through the entire process. Once you have done it a couple of times you should be able to setup new listings within a minute or two.
Once your properties are listed, buyers can click on a property to get a more detailed view. Buyers can click on the small pictures to get full size pictures and even click on the automatic generated map link to see exactly where the property is located.
