Your business is important to me, and the fact that you have chosen to cancel is a disappointment. We have many happy customers, so when someone asks to cancel, I naturally wonder why.

Due to the economy we have developed an alternative solution to help our members that are struggling in the real estate investment market. You may archive your site for up to one year at a time for only $60/year. This way when the economy does turn around you would be able to pull your site out of archive for a small reinstatement fee of $25(This option is only available for PreFab site customers).

This would save you from having to pay the setup fee again.

If you are interested in this option, be sure to click the "I Want To Archive My Site" option. Make sure to also let us know how you wish to pay for the archive fee, by using the credit card we have on file, or if you will provide a different credit card.

If there's anything I can do to correct a problem you may have encountered with us, or if you need assistance in getting more out of your site or the services we provide, myself or our support team are ready to help.

  • Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid being billed again.

  • Termination shall be effective as of the end of the your current paid period.  No refunds will be given.

  • Upon the termination of this Agreement you shall no longer use or have the right to use the PCF Proprietary Materials or any variation or simulation thereof. This includes, but is not limited to, the actual text or images from any of the pages within your InvestorPro.com website that you did not directly supply.  This also includes any radio or television commercials that are licensed to you by InvestorPro.com.

    If you use any of InvestorPro.com information on another website, marketing piece etc. after cancellation, you will be in direct violation of U.S. Copyright Law.  See Copyright

  • Unless you have made other arrangements with us prior to cancellation, your site and all related data, including your leads, properties, emails etc. will be irrevocably deleted.  If you plan on returning to InvestorPro.com at a later date you should consider speaking to us regarding a full backup of your site so that it can be more easily restored.

  • If you have a Soldin9Days.com or StopForeclosure.com site please be aware that your Soldin9days.com or StopForeclosure.com email address will be deleted and made available for reassignment to another customer.  Of course, your market areas will also be made available again as well.

  • To confirm your identity we require that you verify the last four digits of the credit card we have on file.
